I Isolated a Clip from my Grandparents' Home of a pretty clear EVP, but now, don't know how to get the File from Audacity, to put it into an E Mail, so I can send it to my Certification Instructor for Review.
Please help.

Sorry I cant help as been trying for ages to get some footage online but just cant work it out.

For footage I have to convert the file so maybe its the same with audio. I really have no idea...so useless with that kind of thing.

You need to export it. That's an option under "File".   If you want to export it as an mp3 file, you have to go to their site and download an add-on program called "lame".  Otherwise, .wav format is probably the best format, as that can be used on the most computers (Windows and Mac). From there you should be able to attach it to the e-mail like any other file.

Good luck!
